Southcoast Towing were amazing to deal with. We had purchased a vehicle on the Gold Coast and needed to transport it to Sydney. We finalised the purchase literally 1 day before the roads were closed and flights cancelled due to Tropical Cyclone Alfred. Gregory from Southcoast Towing went out of his way to ensure the car was picked up as soon as possible - and looked after the car as if it was his own. The car was received in perfect condition in a delivery time that exceeded my expectations - especially given the adverse weather event. Highly recommend for interstate car transport. I had bought a car last minute, needed it picked up on a Saturday and called every trucking company on google until I tried my luck on upmove. Southcoast Towing Service were quick to respond, were happy to pick it up when no one else would, and for a very reasonable price. The drivers on either side were car enthusiasts, loved the old car I had bought and had great knowledge on the rare model it was. Felt very comfortable handing the keys over knowing they would handle it with care. Best of all, had the car in my garage within 3 days from Melb to QLD. Thanks again legends !

I must admit that overall experience was great. Logan was a great helper. Communication was easy and quick. Only thing that I didn’t like was an extra charge. When I initiate the request on upmove, i chose the vehicle as “I don’t know” in a field - “Is vehicle drivable?”. Then IAT tried to tow my car from the pick up address and got unsuccessful because they expected a car to be drivable. But I mentioned the vehicle is not drivable. Then I was told that there will be extra 90$ for non-drivable vehicle. I paid and they resolved the issue quickly. Again thanks for the fast service. This is just a heads up for those who are towing a car that is non-drivable. Make sure to tell them again about car condition if you dont want to pay extra.

We needed to have our son's car transported from Goulburn to Canberra after a break down. I put in the request and had a response the next morning which was very reasonable. I was able to communicate with the lovely young Cam, of TK Towing and we were able to get things locked in pretty quickly. The vehicle is now at our mechanics and all went smoothly. I'm so impressed with this process as I'm generally pretty risk averse with this stuff. Thank you Cam for being great.
