I must admit that overall experience was great. Logan was a great helper. Communication was easy and quick. Only thing that I didn’t like was an extra charge. When I initiate the request on upmove, i chose the vehicle as “I don’t know” in a field - “Is vehicle drivable?”. Then IAT tried to tow my car from the pick up address and got unsuccessful because they expected a car to be drivable. But I mentioned the vehicle is not drivable. Then I was told that there will be extra 90$ for non-drivable vehicle. I paid and they resolved the issue quickly. Again thanks for the fast service. This is just a heads up for those who are towing a car that is non-drivable. Make sure to tell them again about car condition if you dont want to pay extra.

These guys are fantastic. Picked up Monday in NSW, delivered next day into VIC. No hassles, cared for an immaculate RX7 from start to finish. Other carriers were over double the price with 2-3 times longer transit. I would use south coast again without hesitation. Thank you again for looking after my dream car.

We needed to have our son's car transported from Goulburn to Canberra after a break down. I put in the request and had a response the next morning which was very reasonable. I was able to communicate with the lovely young Cam, of TK Towing and we were able to get things locked in pretty quickly. The vehicle is now at our mechanics and all went smoothly. I'm so impressed with this process as I'm generally pretty risk averse with this stuff. Thank you Cam for being great.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. The door to door service was a massive bonus. There was a comminication glitch from my questions to upmove and then the towing company, but South Coast Towing quickly accomodated the glitch and all went smoothly. The only tiny suggestion for peace of mind would be a couple of text messages along the way with updates, such as, car has left the depot, half way, eta tomorrow etc . Otherwise 5 star service and I’d highly recommend South Coast Towing.
