Parkin and Co were reasonably priced and a pleasure to interact with. While organising the pick-up and drop-off of the vehicle, due to our move to another state, the vehicle needed to be relocated to exit our rental prior the festive period. They kindly stored the car in their lot until the new year and even delivered it safely on a weekend, ensuring that it did not impact our work. I must admit that overall experience was great. Logan was a great helper. Communication was easy and quick. Only thing that I didn’t like was an extra charge. When I initiate the request on upmove, i chose the vehicle as “I don’t know” in a field - “Is vehicle drivable?”. Then IAT tried to tow my car from the pick up address and got unsuccessful because they expected a car to be drivable. But I mentioned the vehicle is not drivable. Then I was told that there will be extra 90$ for non-drivable vehicle. I paid and they resolved the issue quickly. Again thanks for the fast service. This is just a heads up for those who are towing a car that is non-drivable. Make sure to tell them again about car condition if you dont want to pay extra.

We needed to have our son's car transported from Goulburn to Canberra after a break down. I put in the request and had a response the next morning which was very reasonable. I was able to communicate with the lovely young Cam, of TK Towing and we were able to get things locked in pretty quickly. The vehicle is now at our mechanics and all went smoothly. I'm so impressed with this process as I'm generally pretty risk averse with this stuff. Thank you Cam for being great.
