Replying to your concerns, besides the initial booking we had received zero email enquiries from yourself, we sent at your invoice via our system, the system tells us the invoice did not bounce back as you claimed however, the invoice was never opened, hence the reason for the delays I copied and pasted the email from the SMS sent to ensure it was correct.
In total we received 5 SMS which I had replied to and total of 2 calls from you and one return call as I missed the original the other call was answered. The client's wife contacted me late Thursday night and many other times that day this was after hours however, we still tried to help, she was insisting the vehicle arrive that Friday (she rang Thursday night) we were still unpaid until then and could not help. We also send bank details well ahead of time.
We deducted the delivery fee as the client needed it for the weekend and they collected it themselves. Sorry if any inconvenience occurred but as you can see, we did everything we could and feel the review is a tad unfair as it was not all our fault.
