Kindly explain the problem with communication initially.

We had many calls and texts on this very platform. Vehicle was picked up as stated and it arrived exactly when started, with communication between us in between.

As a car carrying company with many customers and managing other bookings for other carriers, there are only so many hours in a day in the job.

I’d like to know where she when we failed on communication.
