If you’re booked in to have a bike collected within a 4 hour window and then you receive 2.5 hours notice for collection and you don’t bother to show up and call 45 minutes after our arrival I’m not sure how you expect us to turn around 45 minutes after your no show to drive back to accommodate your tardiness. Then upon delivery you don’t even bother make yourself available to receive the bike with 72 hours notice. We agreed to collect and deliver at the agreed times and you couldn’t adhere to the dates and times and now you trying hold us responsible for your incompetence. Hardly seems reasonable.

As reiterated earlier on in the peace we’re very sorry we experienced a breakdown but please check message history as there is clear and concise communication every step of the way regarding one the delay, the reason for the delay and our expected arrival once fixed. As for the mirror the housing itself as communicated at delivery it was glued together and we agreed to assist you with this because of the delay which glued parts especially substandard ones like this and repairs in areas like mirrors and indicators are not covered under our insurance policy but as mentioned previously we agreed to assist with this due to the delay. May I also add that the pick up had to be attempted 2-3 times due to its unavailability to which we didn’t charge you also. If we’re being fair and equitable we’re totally responsible for the delay but unfortunately breakdowns do happen and with European trucks that we run parts and if not available in Australia need to be sourced from Europe which can be lengthy as was the case this time around. The dealership tried every operation in Australia to source the parts required but these weren’t simply available.
