We are very surprised that you put a low score for communication, it would have helped if you returned our emails and answered your phone, we called many times then found out you booked pick up Brisbane QLD for collection and we picked up the car at Canberra ACT, we were notified by the seller Ross Reid not yourself. We called after pick in ACT up and called half hour before we arrived and also when we arrived, we are sorry that this did not meet your expectations. It states instructions from Ross so that's who we spoke to for pick up.
