Quote Specific Terms
Please see below dot points for you to read before accepting the job:
Loading/Unloading Area
- Due to some pickup/delivery addresses being in a residential area, we may request more information to find out if our truck will be able to fit down the road to load safely. If this is not able to be done. We will request a meeting point of a truck stop, Or a suitable area for both parties. If we are unable to load the car due to not being able to access where the car is or not being able to load or unload the car. A $250 futile fee may be charged.
Auction/Business pickups
- Please note that an extra fee of $100 may be charged if there are long waiting times to load/unload the car

Vehicle Requirements
- We do have facilities to load and unload vehicles that are seized and are not running. An extra cost will be included in the quote. Please ensure the tyres are pumped and rolling. We will need access to inside the vehicle for this. If this is the case, Notification would be appreciated for the driver to plan.
- The vehicle can be no lower than 100mm from the ground for it to load on the truck (But enquire prior to confirming booking)
Freight in car
- We are more than happy to take items in the car, we will need to be notified what it is. We will not move dangerous goods. We are not responsible for the damage of the items in the car, Nor if items causes damage inside the car
Dimensions
- The quotes that are provided are for a standard size car. Quotes may be varied depending on each vehicle.

Pickup/Delivery times
- Delivery times may vary due to weather, traffic, breakdowns etc. We always strive to be on time as promised, But if this changes. You will be contacted by the company with an updated schedule. We will endeavour to accommodate the times that work for you, but our truck is on time schedules to assist other customers

Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 36 hours prior to collection, if this doesn’t occur. A fee of $200 will be charged.

We can transport your Liberty, for $690(Includes GST, fuel levy, toll fees, and other applicable fees).

Pickup is typically made within 3 days of a paid invoice. Please be aware, pick up and delivery time frames are written as an estimate as it is impossible to control delays.

Our business offers door to door pickup, given that there is ample space for a 19m truck and trailer at the given address. Our alternative option is to follow our meet the truck format, where we will collect your vehicle from an address suitable to the truck’s needs, close to your desired locations.
